The Realme X is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 chipset. The Realme X comes with three virsions, 4 GB RAM with 64 GB storage for 220 $, 6 GB RAM with 64 GB storage for 230 $ and 8 GB RAM with 128 GB storage for 260 $. The internal memory cannot be expanded via a microSD.
The smartphone runs colorOS 6.0 (Android 9.0 Pie). The phone powered by a non-removable Li-Polymer 3765 mAh battery with fast charging through a USB type-C connector.

The Reakme X boasts of two rear cameras, 48-megapixels main rear camera with f/1.7 aperture, 4.73 mm focal length, 6-element lens and 4-in-1 pixel binning. The second rear camera is 5-megapixels with f/2.4 aperture.  The pop-up front camera is 16-megapixels with f/2 aperture, 3.41 mm focal length and face unlock.

The Phone is available in two colors (Blue and White). The smartphone comes with a 6.53-inch AMOLED display with screen resolution 1080 x 2340, corning gorilla glass 5, 60000:1 contrast ratioa nd 100% NTSC and in-display fingerprint sensor. The connectivity options are Wi-Fi direct, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth 5.0. The dimensions of the phone are 76 x 161.2 x 9.4 mm and weight are 191 g.
