Huawei Honor 20S Features, Price and Full Specs
Last May, the Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro was officially presented, two new models of the Chinese company that joined the Honor 20 Lite, announced a month earlier. Now, after several leaks, the Honor 20 family has just welcomed a new member with the last name "S": the Honor 20S.
This new phone, framed within the mid-range of the Chinese manufacturer and announced today with the Honor Play 3, comes with a triple rear camera with 48-megapixel main sensor and Kirin 810 processor, features that place it one step ahead of the Honor 20 Lite. Let's look carefully at how this new Honor model is.
Design
First, the new Honor 20S comes with a 6.26-inch IPS LCD screen with FullHD + resolution (2,340 x 1,080 pixels), certified by TÜV Rheinland and a hole in the upper left corner to house the front camera. On this occasion, the fingerprint reader is not embedded under the panel, but we find a physical reader located on the side.
Inside, we have the Kirin 810 processor of the house with an architecture of 7 nanometers and eight cores: two Cortex-A76 at 2.27 GHz and six Cortex-A55 at 1.88 GHz. They are accompanied by GPU Turbo 3.0 technology, Two options of RAM (6 or 8 GB), 128 GB of storage and Android 9 Pie operating system with the Magic UI 2.1.1 layer from the manufacturer.
It also has a 3,750 mAh battery with fast charging of 20W and the usual connectivity in the phones of this category (4G, WiFi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, etc.).
Triple camera, but 48 megapixels
If there is a section where Honor has focused its efforts on this new smartphone, it is undoubtedly the photographic one. On the one hand, it has a 32-megapixel front camera with f / 2.0 aperture, AIS stabilizer, Artificial Intelligence, and HDR functions.
On the other, we find a triple configuration rear camera formed by a 48-megapixel main sensor with f / 1.8 AF aperture, another 8-megapixel sensor with f / 2.4 and wide-angle and a third 2-megapixel sensor with aperture f/2.4 intended for macro photography. It also has an LED flash.
Among the functions of this main camera, the night scene mode, portrait mode, HDR, time-lapse and slow-motion recording, different filters, the smile trigger and the possibility of activating the camera with the voice stand out. He does not lack the support of Artificial Intelligence.
Honor 20S versions and prices
The Honor 20S is already on sale in China in three different colors (black, blue or white) and two configurations depending on the RAM, both with 128 GB of storage.

For now, we do not know if it will reach other markets, but we will update the information as soon as we have more details.
