iPhone 11 Official with 4 GB RAM and Dual Rear Camera
It's finally here! Apple took yesterday's event to unveil the new iPhones. So let's focus on the iPhone 11. The most affordable device that doesn't offer us as much as the "Pro". However, a smartphone worth taking into account.
The new iPhone 11 arrives to replace the iPhone XR. That is, although it has the name "11", it is slightly inferior to the "Pro" models. We have an HD + screen, we don't have an OLED or a triple rear camera.
iPhone 11 Features
- 6.1 "inch screen
- Resolution 828 x 1792 pixels (HD +)
- IPS LCD Technology

Price of the new iPhone 11
The values of the iPhone 11 are nicer than the Pro. The new iPhone 11 will hit the market for starting $ 699. A price that will take into account the predecessor model. This is the model that should have more demand for users who do not need the evolutions shown by the "Pro". All new iPhones will be pre-sold on September 13 and will hit stores on September 20.
Prices of various models
- 4GB+64GB = 699 $
- 4GB+128GB = 749 $
- 4GB+256GB = 849 $
Apple returns to bet on the LCD and HD, something that does not have to be bad news
The iPhone 11 repeats with the configuration of the iPhone XR, one of the most controversial points raised last year. With the new generation, we meet again before a 6.1-inch panel, with HD + resolution and IPS technology.
Here it must be remembered that the pixels per inch are greater than 300, we do not find the Pentile matrix that most AMOLED panels have, the calibration is usually quite accurate in Apple, and that the purpose of this panel is clear: save as much energy as possible.
The jump to the double chamber arrives
Last year the iPhone XR was surprised to be the first iPhone with a single camera capable of portrait mode. This was achieved with computational photography, something that showed that corroborated that two cameras are not necessary to make a portrait mode (something that Google already demonstrated in the past with its Pixel). This year, the iPhone 11 rescues a dual-camera configuration, although with some differences compared to what we saw last year with the iPhone XS and XS Max.
The main sensor maintains the resolution, and from its hand comes a new sensor, also of 12 megapixels, to make the functions of wide-angle. For the first time, Apple is capable of capturing such scenes, with much more content than the main sensor.
Apart from taking wide-angle photographs, it is capable of recording video in 4K with both sensors. It must also be taken into account that the smartphone has both stabilized sensors, something that will help the final results.
Like last year, we can make a portrait with a single camera, which includes new modes, such as night, a mode that was expected. This is activated automatically to illuminate the scene and reduce noise, as we have seen in the other high-end terminals of this 2019.
Like last year, the battery of this model is its main strength. The new model promises up to an hour longer than the iPhone XR, although it is no longer the iPhone with more battery. The iPhone Pro and Pro Max are the most capable models in this aspect, achieving more hours of video playback, according to Apple itself.
The bad news reaches the level of the charge since, unlike its older brothers, the iPhone 11 arrives with the classic 5W charger, despite being compatible with the fast charging of 18W. If we want to enjoy this load, we will need a charger and a separate cable.
The Apple iPhone 11 debuts the new Apple A13 Bionic chip, with "the fastest CPUs and GPUs in a smartphone," according to the company. The company has demonstrated its gaming capabilities, showing high and stable frame rates. Without giving further details, the A13 Bionic is postulated as one of the wealthiest processors (but the most), this year 2019, and may even be 2020 (analyzing movements of previous years).
At the design level, the iPhone 11 is very similar to the iPhone XR. The construction materials are aluminum and glass, somewhat below the steel finishes of the iPhone Pro. Ahead of this, we are faced with a practically identical proposal, with a quite noticeable notch on the top of the panel. The bezels are slightly thicker compared to the iPhone Pro since it is more complicated to push the LCD panel to the limit.
On the back, the module that houses the double camera and the flash stands out, since last year we only found one camera. The logo has shifted to the middle of the device, a historical change within Apple.

A whole world of colors, a known design
