The Chinese company Vivo has proposed to renew its entire catalog in September because in the month Vivo has already officially announced four phones: the Vivo Z1X , with a 48 MP triple camera and an on-screen fingerprint reader; the Vivo NEX 3 , with 64 MP camera and 5G version; the Vivo V17 Pro , with a double pop-up front camera; and now, the Vivo U10, a model designed for young audiences.


The latter is framed within the manufacturer's input range, but despite its economical price, it comes with some features of a higher category. These include, for example, the 5,000 mAh battery with fast 18W charging and the triple rear camera.

Fast charging and triple camera as tricks

The new Vivo U Series model features a large 6.35-inch IPS LCD screen with HD + resolution (1,544 x 720 pixels), 19.3: 9 aspect ratio and V-shaped notch. As an operating system, it comes with the manufacturer's layer FunTouch OS 9.1 based on Android 9 Pie.

Inside, the Vivo U10 hides a Snapdragon 665 chipset, along with two options of RAM (3 and 4 GB) and two internal storage: 32 and 64 GB, in both cases, with the possibility of increasing it using a microSD card. To power, mount a battery of 5,000 mAh capacity that supports fast charging of 18W, yes, through a micro USB port, no USB-C.

In the photographic section, Vivo U10 has a triple rear camera composed of a 13 MP main sensor with f / 2.2 aperture, an 8 MP wide-angle with f / 2.2 aperture and a 2 MP depth sensor with f / 2.4 aperture. The front camera, meanwhile, has a single 8 MP sensor with f / 1.8 aperture.

The rest of the important features are completed with a fingerprint reader located at the back and the usual connectivity options: WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 and Dual-SIM function.

Vivo U10 versions, availability and price

The Vivo U10 will go on sale from September 29, both in the Vivo India online store and Amazon India. It will be available in two colors (Thunder Black and Electric Blue) and three configurations depending on the RAM and storage:

• 3 GB of RAM + 32 GB of storage: 8,990 rupees ( about 127 dollars ).
• 3 GB of RAM + 64 GB of storage: 9,990 rupees ( about 141 dollars ).
• 4 GB of RAM + 64 GB of storage: Rs 10,990 ( about 155 dollars ).
