Oppo A91 Specifications, Price and Release Date

Oppo has expanded its A-series with two new products. We already talked about the Oppo A8, and now it's time to get to know the Oppo A91, which, unlike another debutant, got an OLED display with a fingerprint scanner built into it, a quad camera and fast charging.


The Oppo A91 is 7.9 mm thick and weighs 172 grams. The phone houses a 6.5-inch AMOLED screen that supports a 20: 9 aspect ratio and a Full HD + resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The screen supports DC dimming and comes with the third generation on-screen fingerprint reader. The MediaTek Helio P70 chipset powers the phone with 8 GB of RAM. It has a 128 GB native memory and a microSD card slot.

The phone's 4,025 mAh battery supports VOOC 4.0 fast charging of 30 W. The Android 9 Pie operating system based on ColorOS 6 runs on the device. The device is equipped with a quadruple-camera system on its rear panel. It has a 48-megapixel main lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens with a 119-degree field of view, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It has a 16-megapixel front camera.

Price and release date

The Oppo A91 is available in three colors Modern Bright Red, Night Stars Black and Light of Snow Melting (names translated). The price of the handset is 1,999 yuan (285 $). Reservations will continue until December 26, the date the phone goes on sale.
