Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite Full Specifications, Features, Price and Release Date

Samsung introduced the Galaxy S10 Lite and Note10 Lite! These smartphones offer convincing specifications at a lower price. Beyond the products themselves, their design seems to unveil some of the traits that will be present in the future high-end Galaxy S11.

“Lite” models have been highly acclaimed and Samsung has taken advantage of this reality. By incorporating components that provide a good user experience at a lower price, users are highly captivated by these offerings.

So far we have not seen any Lite models from the top 2019 ranges. This is now by 2020, with the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite and Note10 Lite officially being introduced to the world. The rumors were various, the existence of this equipment was very probable, is that now it is certain.

As far as design is concerned, we are looking at a new line at Samsung - similar to the debut on the Galaxy A51 and A71 - that will address the leaks of information regarding the upcoming Galaxy S11 coming out next month.

The Galaxy S10 Lite has been presented in three color options: Prism White, Prism Black and Prism Blue (white, black and blue). The design, as you can see below, does not follow the trend of the trio introduced almost a year ago, but the new standard adopted by Samsung a few months ago.

We see a 2.5D-cut glass front panel instead of 3D on the more expensive models, plus a circular notch positioned in the center of the screen.

With two options of RAM, 6 GB, and 8 GB, the S10 Lite will be offered in only one internal storage option, 128 GB, but can expand up to 1 TB via microSD. Samsung has confirmed that the device will be equipped with an octa-core processor up to 2.8 GHz, but has not confirmed which chipset model, but it matches the Snapdragon 855 perfectly.

The S10 Lite also comes with a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Plus display and 20: 9 Full HD + resolution, approaching the 21: 9 trend that is set to become standard next year. The smartphone also features 4,500 mAh battery with unspecified Super Fast Charging, on-screen biometrics and three rear cameras with 48 MP main lens, 12 MP wide-angle secondary and 5 MP macro lens.

Price and Release Date

At the moment there is no price or exact release date, but Samsung tells that we can see them at CES 2020. Although we have been able to confirm it, they will arrive between January or February of this year.
