Huawei Y7p Features, Price and Release Date
While we wait for the presentation of its new high-end models, the Huawei P40 and the Huawei P40 Pro, the Chinese company continues to gain weight with the new mid-range and entry-level smartphones of its catalog. Earlier this year, he announced the Huawei P30 Lite New Edition, a renewal of the P30 Lite with more memory and power, and now, it has just launched the Huawei Y7p.
This new smartphone stands out, among other features, for its triple camera with 48-megapixel main sensor and its 6.39-inch perforated screen, but yes, the manufacturer warns that this model uses Huawei Mobile Services ( HMS ) and not those of Google (GMS), therefore, does not bring pre-installed Google applications.

Bet on photography without Google services
Thanks to a nano texture technology, the Huawei Y7p shows a 2.5D effect with the refraction of light on the back. The front is almost entirely occupied by a screen that Huawei calls 'FullView Punch' and that, according to the brand, has a screen/body ratio of 90.15%. It is an IPS LCD panel with a diagonal of 6.39 inches, HD + resolution (1,560 x 720 pixels) and a hole to accommodate the front camera.Inside, we have the Kirin 710F processor - house brand - accompanied by 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of expandable internal storage with a microSD card up to 512 GB. As an operating system, it brings EMUI 9.1 based on Android 9 Pie, but, as we said at the beginning, it does not bring Google services and applications pre-installed, but instead opts for Huawei Mobile Services (HMS).
In the photographic section, the Huawei Y7p has an 8-megapixel front camera with f / 2.0 aperture and a triple rear camera composed of a 48-megapixel main sensor with f / 1.8 aperture, a wide-angle 8-megapixel f / 2.4 and a 2-megapixel sensor with f / 2.0 aperture to read depth. It also uses artificial intelligence for scene recognition and stabilization.
The most important features are completed with a fingerprint reader located at the rear, a 4,000 mAh battery and the usual connectivity options: Dual-SIM function, 4G LTE, WiFi n, Bluetooth 5.0 and a headphone jack. Of course, it lacks NFC and includes a Micro USB port instead of a USB-C.
Price and Release Date
The Huawei Y7p has been presented in Thailand and there is already available in presale at 4,999 Thai baht, which is equivalent to about 160 dollars according to the current change. It is sold in two colors (Aurora Blue and Midnight Black) and in a single configuration with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of expandable internal storage. For now, we do not know if it will reach other countries.More information | Huawei
