LG W10 Alpha Specifications, Price and Release Date
The low range of LG is growing significantly, this week the brand presented several models within the segment such as the LG K41s, K51s, and the K61. The manufacturer now leaves us with a new model in this segment, within the W family, another of the families in this low range. The brand's new phone is LG W10 Alpha.
This phone is very similar to the LG W10 they presented last year, as part of their new strategy. The LG W10 Alpha is a simple model in terms of specifications, but that is the commitment to the notch in the form of a drop of water within this more modest range.
Key Features
- 5.7 inch IPS LCD screen with HD + resolution
- Drop notch display
- Spreadtrum SC9863 processor
- 2/3 GB of RAM
- 16/32 GB of internal storage
- 8 MP front camera
- 8 MP rear camera
- 3,450 mAh battery
- Android 9.0 Pie
The LG W10 Alpha is presented as the simplest model in the brand's catalog, even more than its predecessor the W10. A phone with which the company seeks to offer an alternative to models such as the Samsung Galaxy A10 in this market segment. The design is one of the aspects that the brand stands out on this phone.
A screen with a water drop-shaped notch is used, one of the few phones of the brand to use such a design. The battery is one of the strengths of the phone, with a capacity of 3,450 mAh, which saw its specifications should give a good battery. As usual in the low range, it has no fingerprint sensor, instead, we find unlocking by face recognition for biometrics.
A Spreadtrum SC9863 processor is used in this LG W10 Alpha, which helps keep the price of this phone low. The cameras of the device are not surprising too much seeing the segment in which they are launched: both the front and rear cameras are 8 MP. All very modest in general on the phone.
Price and Release Date
The LG W10 Alpha has already been put up for sale in India, as well as in other regions in Asia. The phone is launched in black and blue colors, in two different RAM and storage versions, with official prices in India that remain as follows:
- The version with 2/16 GB is launched with a price of 8,999 Indian rupees (125 dollars to change).
