Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro Specifications, Price, Release Date and Comparison
In an online event held in China, Xiaomi has finally introduced its new top of the line Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro to the world. According to the company, this year's devices bet on the premium segment, offering flashy design and cutting-edge performance.
Therefore, both reach the consumer with Snapdragon 865 processor, customized AMOLED screen and front harness that draws attention with the use of the hole for the selfie camera. Another important highlight is the presence of the main sensor of 108 MP. Without further introductions, it is time to meet the new Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro.
When it comes to design, the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro brings premium aspects with a similar look. This includes the curved screen at the edges, the four rear sensors in a module in the upper corner and the expected hole in the display to accommodate the selfie camera.
The biggest visible difference between the devices is the additional laser focus sensor of the Pro model. Following the example of other high-end models, the new Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro has a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and brightness reaching 1,200 nits.
To improve the automatic brightness adjustment on both devices, the company equipped them with dual light sensors on the front and rear. This ensures that the phone's brightness is well controlled, offering a pleasant viewing experience, both indoors and outdoors.
Cameras
The biggest highlight of the two new devices is, without a doubt, the main camera of 108 MP. The Mi 10 Pro model has a sensor with 8P lens, OIS and EIS, AI improvements for photos and video recording and hybrid optical zoom up to 10X.- 108 MP main sensor with 8P lens
- 12 MP portrait sensor
- 8 MP telephoto sensor with 10x optical hybrid and 50x digital zoom
- 20 MP ultra-wide-angle lens
- 20 MP front camera
The traditional Mi 10 keeps the main camera of 108 MP, but loses the two telephoto lenses:
- 108 MP main sensor
- 2 MP depth sensor
- 2 MP Macro Sensor
- 13 MP wide-angle sensor
- 20 MP front camera
Mi 10 Key Features
Featuring a Snapdragon 865 processor, the new Mi 10 and 10 Pro are also equipped with options ranging up to 12 GB of RAM (LPDDR 5) and 512 GB of internal storage (UFS 3.0).Seeking to offer good autonomy, the Mi 10 Pro has a 4,500 mAh battery with support for fast charging of 50W, 30W in wireless mode and 10W in the reverse option. The Mi 10 arrives on the market with a battery of 4,780 mAh, but with fast charging of only 30W wired/wireless and reverse of 10W.
Both have support for WiFi 6, 5G in the two bands (SA / NSA), stereo sound and liquid cooling with Artificial Intelligence learning.

Field of view |
In photography, the Field of view (FoV) depends not only on the focal length of the lens but also on the sensor size. It is derived from the lens's angle of view and the sensor's crop factor. The lens's angle of view is a measure of the angle between the two farthest separated points within the frame measured diagonally. Simply put, this is how much of a scene in front of the camera will be captured by the camera's sensor. | |
