Honor 30S 5G Price, Release Date and Features

Huawei finally made the Honor 30S official. The new device arrives on the market to conquer the public that is looking for a 5G smartphone with good specifications and a price below that charged by the P40 line.


Featuring glass and aluminum construction, the Honor 30S has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen with FHD + resolution and a hole to accommodate the 16 MP front camera. According to the manufacturer, the device's digital reader is located on the right side.

Also, as we are talking about a premium intermediary, the device arrives on the market with Kirin 820 5G processor, which works with 8 GB of RAM and options with 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage. The smartphone also offers Mali-G57 GPU and 5G dual-band connection (SA / NSA).

When it comes to rear cameras, we have four sensors located inside a rectangular module in the upper corner. The look follows the design line that Huawei adopted with the P40 family.

The main camera has 64 MP, while the secondary sensor is an 8 MP telephoto that offers 3x optical zoom and 20x hybrid. The set is completed by an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 2 MP sensor to provide depth effect.

Finally, Honor 30S has a 4,000 mAh battery with support 40W fast charging and Android 10 running under the Magic UI 3.1.1 interface. However, due to United States restrictions, there is no access to Google applications and services.
