Realme 6i Launched with Helio G80 and 5000 mAh Battery

The Chinese manufacturer announces the Realme 6i. The device is the first in the world to feature a MediaTek Helio G80 processor and four rear cameras.


During the launch in Myanmar, the company drew public attention for the low price of the new smartphone. Get to know Realme 6i and its main highlights now.


With a design reminiscent of Realme 6 and 6 Pro, the new device has some subtle differences. This can be seen on the screen with a drop notch instead of using a display with a hole for the front camera.

The Realme 6i has a 6.5-inch screen with HD + resolution and an 89.8% front utilization. The rear brings the fingerprint reader and a module with four cameras located in the upper corner. The main sensor is 48 MP, while the secondary is an 8 MP ultra-wide.

The third capture black and white photos with 2 MP, the latter being a macro of 2 MP as well. The front camera is 16 MP and uses artificial intelligence to capture good selfies.

Carrying the title of the world's first smartphone with a MediaTek Helio G80 processor, the Realme 6i should be sold in options with 3 GB or 4 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of internal storage.

Its battery has 5,000 mAh capacity and supports 18W fast charging. Finally, the device leaves the box running Android 10 under the Realme UI.
